Check-in & Check-out

  • •Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • •Early check-in and late check-out available upon request (subject to availability)
  • •Guests must provide valid ID proof at check-in

Booking & Payment

  • •Bookings can be made via phone call or WhatsApp
  • •Advance booking recommended, especially during festivals
  • •Payment accepted in cash or bank transfer
  • •Full payment required at check-in unless otherwise arranged

Cancellation Policy

  • •Free cancellation if cancelled 24 hours before check-in
  • •Cancellation within 24 hours: One night charge may apply
  • •No-show: Full booking amount will be charged
  • •Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Guest Policies

  • •Maximum occupancy as per room type must be respected
  • •Extra guests may be accommodated at additional charges
  • •Visitors allowed only in common areas, not in rooms
  • •Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

General Rules

  • •Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms
  • •Alcohol consumption is not allowed on premises
  • •Pets are not allowed
  • •Damage to property will be charged as per actual cost
  • •Guests are responsible for their belongings
